Welcome to SehatPlus. By accessing or using our website (sehatplus.net.in) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

SehatPlus is a commercial platform offering sanitary products and personal hygiene kits through a direct sales and optional membership/referral-based incentive system.

2. Membership & Product Booking
  • Users can join SehatPlus by paying a ₹100 Membership/Booking amount. This amount acts as a commercial advance for your purchase.
  • Upon booking, the user receives a ₹100 discount on their sanitary pad/hygiene kit purchase, equivalent to the booking amount paid.
  • Usage Limit: A single user can take a maximum of 5 memberships.
  • Discount Logic: ₹100 from your bonus/advance will be utilized per single order only.
  • Validity: The membership and its associated benefits are valid for 2 months (60 days) only from the date of membership. If not utilized within this period, the benefits and the advance amount will expire automatically.
  • Joining the membership is completely optional. Non-members can purchase products at standard rates without referral benefits.
3. Referral & Reward System
  • Joining Reward: New users receive 10 points upon registration.
  • Referral Benefit: If User A refers User B, User A receives 10 points. User B receives 10 (joining) + 10 (referral) = 20 points total.
  • Referral benefits are only credited after the referred user completes the ₹100 booking payment.
  • Points are promotional incentives and have no direct cash value. They can only be redeemed as per SehatPlus internal policies.
4. User Responsibilities & Account Security

Users must provide accurate information during registration. Any attempt to manipulate the referral system via duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of points.

5. Disclaimer

SehatPlus is not an investment scheme, MLM, or financial deposit plan. The referral program is purely promotional. We are a product-based company selling physical hygiene goods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, and images on this site, is the property of SehatPlus and protected by Indian Copyright Laws.
