Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Booking Amount

The ₹100 Membership/Booking amount paid on SehatPlus is strictly non-refundable. This amount is a commercial advance that secures your product booking and administrative costs.

Users can utilize this full amount as a discount during their purchase within the 60-day validity period. No refunds will be issued if the discount is not used before expiry.

2. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Returns & Replacements

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products (Sanitary Pads, Baby Diapers), we do not accept returns once the product packaging has been opened or tampered with.

However, we offer a 100% Free Replacement if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was received in a damaged condition.
4. Mandatory Requirement for Claims

To claim a replacement for a damaged or wrong item, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time.

5. Refund Processing

In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., duplicate payment), it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
